Reactions of ferrocenylnitroethylene 2-Ferrocenyl-1-nitroethylene (1) was synthesized by the condensation of formylferrocene with nitromethane. Reduqtiours of 1 into the 2-ferrocenylnitroethane (2) in the reaction with NaBH4 and NaBH3CN were studied.
