As it is known, the urban urbanization period consists of the longest stage, and therefore no space in the geological environment is affected by the tension of the technological loading as the territory of the big cities. St. In the conditions of a complex geologic environment developed in Tbilisi, the development of negative naturaltechnological processes began to develop and bring its geo-ecological condition to a crisis situation. Under the increased demand for construction today, the use of urban areas is underway in the most difficult geologic environment, which is often accompanied by a large scale development and reactivation of dangerous geological processes and extreme complications of geo-ecological situations. First of all, it is worth noting that the landslide and sophisticated events, floods caused by underground waters and the skirts that cross the Tbilisi cobble compound storms and floods of flooded mudflows in the ravines of the rain and landslide. The conference is presented in the borders of Tbilisi in the borders of the river Mtkvari, characterized by hydrodynamic and morphodynamic conditions of the gorges, drainage and drainage network operating conditions and the problems solved are essential.
