Complex assays have been carried out in order to elaborate new approaches for diagnosis and treatment of hemangioma. In particular, to investigate the effectiveness of infrared spectral analysis for diagnosis of capillary hemangioma, in the research by analysing two highly proliferating zones (skin zone, growing vessels and their adjacent interstisium) which we chose by using immunohistechemical method (proliferative marker Ki 67), it has been established, that the normal and uncontrollable growth of the cells is characterized by distinctly different absorption spectrum of infrared rays, which indicates that we can use infrared spectral analysis to identify and map areas of the normal and uncontrollable growth of the cells. It has been secreted and identified cell proliferation inhibitor endogenous thermostable protein complex (TPC) from the adult chicken. The content of protein complexes was studied by electrophoretic analysis in polyacrylamide gel and it has been identified two protein groups with molecular weight 12-16 kDa and 45-60 kDa. To study liver TPC influence on cell proliferation it was used chicken comb (hemangioma experimental model). It has been showed that injections of the adult chicken TPC (one injection in the day, during 22 days) causes delaying of adolescent chicken comb growth, that is expressed by changing the colour of the organ and the quantity of vessels.
