In this paper we discuss a formation/heating of magnetic loops in solar atmosphere with account of partially ionized gas effects. According to latest observations in this model we assume of existence of big amount of neutrals (the gas is weekly ionized). Also we were able to compare fully ionized situation to partly ionized one in relation to the creation/heating of atmospheric structures. The dependence of characteristic parameters of magnetic loop formation/heating on ambipolar diffusion parameter is shown. Important finding is that formation time of hot magnetic loop decreases for weakly ionized situation.
