Determining some micro- and macrocomponents in Georgian Wines

The alcoholic drinks have a special place in the humans’ food ration and, respectively, in the national economy. Their quality, along with other factors, is depended on microelemental composition. Most of microelements play a big role in the biochemical processes running in the alcoholic drinks, at that their concentration is limited due to their toxic nature. Copper hold a specific place among microelements widely spread in the alcoholic drinks. Our goal was the mastering in the atomic-absorption methods and equipment for copper determination in the Georgian wines; comparison of the mentioned method with extraction photometric and addition methods of copper determination. Besides, the research goal was to establish the quantities of iron, zinc, calcium, magnium and sulphurous anhydride in the Georgian wines.
