One of the major changes in the IT industry in recent years was the rapid expansion of mobile devices. With the development of devices, they became part of different systems and an indispensable component of daily life. Although the performance of smartphones and tablet computers is significantly increased, the difference between personal computers, servers and mobile devices is still enormous. As you know, smartphones are quite a large part of computer equipment, which is due to their multilateral advantages compared to other devices. The smartphone has become an "inexhaustible friends" of humans, and without it our lives are almost unimaginable. That is why such a popularity is the fact that it is impossible to have a normal company, which has no application on the two basic mobile operating systems (Android and IOS systems). The absence of a mobile app makes use of any company's product uncomfortable. Customers are constantly protesting why you should use the computer when you have even more powerful device in your pocket. In turn, using product or service on your smartphone should be convenient and customer-oriented, as there are many services and functionality that can not be placed in the browser and even though we may be adapted to the mobile on mobile, it will still leave the feeling of incompatibility in the customer. Taking into consideration the above, students are that part of population, which are closer to intelligent technologies and more intensive users With the help of university's internal portal, we can control and conduct many learning processes. That is why, it is necessary to have a mobile application of this base in order to provide maximum comfort to students at the University's digital environment.
