The master's work presents the technologies used in developing a user manual for software, which allows us to easily manage the software. The peculiarities of which can be manifested in the process of working with the textbook are also well illustrated, how important it is to visualize the particular side and specifically what segment it is meant for not to create any obstacle in the delivery of the instruction to the user. It contains basic search forms and tools that can be used to create user manuals. Our main task is to provide textual, audio and video material in the client's understandable language to make it clear and easy to understand software features and advantages, as well as the difficulties that accompany the instruction.
